Useage: Arnica has long been used in folk medicine for its ability to reduce bruising due to the toxin helenalin. This anti-inflammatory should not be
used in large quantities and so neat oil is restricted to between 0.5-5% in a formulation. As this infused oil is diluted it is possible to use it
at a higher level or even straight onto the skin. This makes for a more convenient and safe way to handle arnica.
