Plai is an Essential Oil that is known for is therapeutic attributes. It comes from the ginger family, and it’s believed that with a cooling effect,
Plai is great in reducing pain and inflammation in joints and muscles, menstrual cramps and muscle spasms. Plai Oil can
be used on its own, however we recommend sensitivity testing on your skin first, or better diluted in a Carrier oil like Sweet Almond Oil.
