Common uses: This highly active oil is fantastic for helping to manage inflamation and very dry skin. Rich in Phytosterols
it has a soothing effect while the Omega fatty acids (6 and 9) protect the skin from further environmental damage.

Use levels: Can be used directly on the skin as a carrier oil but most frequently used as an active oil at between 1-10%
