Common uses: Cinnamon has been known to be hot and stimulating. Traditionally it has been used to generate warmth and relieve
pain.
This Cinnamon bark has 30% concentration or content of the major constituent, cinnamaldehyde. This indicates that the essential oil extracted from cinnamon bark contains approximately 30% cinnamaldehyde. Cinnamaldehyde is the main aromatic compound responsible for the characteristic scent and flavour of cinnamon.
