This oil resin is extracted from the trunk of the copaiba tree which grows in tropical Latin America.
Used in traditional medicine, this oil has been studied for its anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and wound-healing properties. It can assist in tissue
repair making it good for damaged and problem skin.
Origin: Amazon Rainforest, Brazil
Chemistry of oil: The main aromatic components of the oil are B-Caryophyllene, germacrene D, a-bergamotene and humulene. Please note,

Use as a base note in soothing and balancing aromatic blends.
