in Cold Process Soap when swirled through near or on the surface.
This is a multi-use colouring that you can use in lip balms, melt and pour or cold process soaps. We recommend mixing it with the fragrance oil before
attempting to stir in.
Safe in eye shadows but not recommended in lip products
