Shipping Policy

We send out orders by Aramex, Monday to Thursday.  Please select the Rural shipping if your address is considered rural by Aramex.  

Please refer to the Pop-up in regard to rural addresses.  Parcels will not be sent if the address is considered rural by Aramex and the non-rural shipping option is selected, you will be notified by email requesting another address or the option to pay the rural fee or cancel your order.

All parcels are given authority to leave.  If you require a signature on delivery, Aramex charge an additional $1.15 (incl gst) and you will be asked to pay this fee.

We do not offer Free Freight to the outlying Islands such as Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Matakana etc.  Please contact us for a freight quote.   

If we cannot supply a product, we will offer a refund or the opportunity to replace with another item.

If you have a change of heart our policy is to refund 75% of the value once an item is returned (25% is a reshelving fee) 

We do not send parcels to a PO Box or Private Bag.
